After receiving his master degree at the department of engineering from Fukui University in 2001, Mr Takeshima has been engaged in CAE activities in heavy industry company and appliance company. He joined IDAJ in 2005 and he is currently technical manager of modeFRONTIER.
As circuit element becomes high power and high density, its temperature is getting big problem. There are many ways to lower temperature. One of the ways is circuit element position optimization. Circuit element position is difficult problem, because it has strong constraint, interaction effect and multi-peak. It is not easy to find optimal solution only by using optimization algorism under the limited time. In this case study, I have tried to infer optimal solution from combination optimization algorism and data analysis.
