Designer, Groupama Team France
Born in Venice in 1983, Andrea holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Padova and is specialized in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis and VPP studies applied to sailing yachts. Andrea gained specific experience working with Perini Navi, studio Schickler - Tagliapietra and GP Perf&Design Ltd as CFD and VPP consultant involved in the main stages of different projects. He collaborated with the Luna Rossa Challenge 2013 Design Team as CFD specialist and began with Luna Rossa for the 35th America’s Cup. Andrea joins Groupama Team France as a member of the Design Team.
